Happy Bottom Flying Club was formed in 2020 in the Antelope Valley area in Southern California. Our flying club borrows its name from Pancho Barnes’ Happy Bottom Riding Club, a ranch outside what was then Muroc Army Air Field, and which is today Edwards Air Force Base. The original four-member club was expanded in early 2022 to over 20 members and counting, along with the addition of an aircraft to the fleet. Learn more about membership here.
